DESCRIPTION:
The resort is located right in the middle of Pasir Panjang Besar. It is sandwiched between Ayu Mayang Resort (currently closed for *renovation*) and Coral Redang Resort. Journey from the dedicated jetty at Merang will take anywhere between 30-45 minutes by speed boats.

FACILITIES:
The resort has about 42 rooms - 6 of them are of twin-sharing basis, while the remaining 37 are quad-sharing. I am not too sure if the resort operator will accommodate for more twin-sharing rooms because I doubt that there are plenty of people traveling in 4 pax.

In general, the resort is well-maintained, with good landscaping, overall cleanliness and great comfort. There is a dive centre in the resort from which I did my two dives at Paku Kecil and Kerengga.

ATTRACTIONS:
The resort is fronting the beautiful beach of Pasir Panjang Besar.

A boat trip can also be arranged to visit the Marine Park Jetty at Pulau Pinang, where good snorkeling can be done, or Pasir Kalong Beach for a relaxing time under the tropical sun.

There are plenty of snorkeling options near the resort too. You can try snorkeling at Tanjung Tengah, which separates Pasir Panjang Kecil with Pasir Panjang Besar, or at Tanjung Mak Cantik fronting Redang Reef Resort. A decent snorkeling trip can also be arranged to either Pulau Paku Besar or Paku Kecil by boat.

PRICING:
The resort offers 3D2N packages for either twin-, triple- or quad-sharing (weekday rates: quad: RM290 per person, triple: RM340 per person, twin: RM420 per person). For weekend rates, get ready to fork out between RM30 to RM40 per person.

Package includes 3 daily meals at the resort's main café, snorkeling trips, return boat transfer from Merang Jetty, as well as free van pick-up from either Kuala Terengganu Airport (TGG) or the city's main bus terminal.
